FirstSpark is a nonprofit that shapes the future of child care and development. Beyond the training and support programs they provide, they are also a true "systems builder"—bringing together policymakers, community leaders, caregivers, parents, and educators. Their mission is to champion a collaborative system that provides high-quality care, education, and health services to prepare children in Hampton and Newport News for kindergarten.
